Found in the beautiful seaside holiday town of Weymouth, Dorset

Welcome to The Alendale Guest House

The guest house has 5 bedrooms which offer comfortable accommodation on a B&B basis, all have en-suite facilities, flat screen TVs and memory foam mattresses. We have a small but adequate car park with one parking space per room.

Located in Waterloo Place, at the quieter end of the Esplanade, The Alendale is a short walk from the old town, with the beach nearly on the doorstep. A short stroll to the old harbour brings a host of other experiences and if diving, fishing and sailing is of interest, trips leave frequently.

Our guests needs are always our priority, we always ensure that all of our work is carried out with the upmost professionalism and to the highest standards as we pride ourselves on keeping our customers happy and delivering their requirements.

Our guesthouse

Built in the 1800's and situated in a terrace at the end of the Esplanade, The Alendale still maintains much of its Georgian features and character.

We have 5 en-suite rooms, each room has a colour flat screen television and a well stocked hospitality tray with refreshments and biscuits. A hair dryer, shoe cleaning and sewing kit are also supplied, along with a small ironing board. An iron is available on request. Our rooms:

  • Room 1 - first floor rear, small double, bay window, in a calming light blue and cream
  • Room 2 - first floor front, double with bay window seat looking towards the beach, in a warm, comforting duck egg green
  • Room 3 - second floor rear, king size bed, in a cool, sensual aqua blue
  • Room 4 - second floor front, double and single beds, in royal blue and cream
  • Room 5 - third floor penthouse with views across Weymouth town and the sea, with a king size, single and guest bed. Our bright, funky family room in turquoise
